If you are a pet sitter or thinking about changing professions, here are just a few of the many
valuable benefits of becoming one of the area's growing group of professionals:

• While this is a competitive industry, there is more than enough work for everyone. Our network members support and encourage each other. By working together, we can all benefit! Our meetings are a chance to socialize with other pet sitters, share ideas and concerns, get advice, and most of all, get support from your fellow pet sitters.
• Our network was formed to maintain a standard of professionalism among pet sitters in our area. All network members must also belong to either Pet Sitters International (PSI) or National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS). Members also agree to adhere to the PSI Recommended Quality for Standards of Excellence in Pet Sitting.  
• When you join our network, you will be listed in our Member Directory, by far the most valuable benefit of membership.  Members use this directory to refer new clients from outside their service area to a fellow network member.  By obtaining a referral from a pet sitting company, a new client gets a much better feeling about  a pet sitter than they would by playing "Yellow Pages Roulette."  Your company also looks better by being able to refer that client, rather than just saying "no." Our network implements and follows a standard of Bylaws.
